Take a Journey through the Base Chakra at the Ground & Connect Live Workshop

At the Ground & Connect Live Workshop we will journey through the base chakra by tuning into the wisdom of our own bodies. We will explore our connection with the earth and how we can ground ourselves, deepen our connection with the base chakra through chanting the seed sound and tune into our deep instincts by connecting with our power animal

This Workshop includes movement, mandala art making, and some reflection exercises.

"My first experience with Chakradance was wonderful. I loved the music and the gentle direction from Conny to provide a focus for the special elements of each chakra. The venue was awesome and the small group was lovely. The eye mask made it more personal and comfortable for me also. I think the mandala drawing each session is a lovely touch that I got more comfortable with each week. A beautifully spiritual and flowing practice that I intend to use each day." .
